My goal weight is 125 with some good muscle toning!
DITTO! I've never felt better than when I was in the 120's (8yrs and 2kids ago ) so I'm working on getting back to that, although I'd settle for 130 with some killer muscles!

I am 5'1" and my all time high was 160. I am now 140. I am aiming for 130 now, but will see how I feel when I get there. I have been overweight since age 12, so I have no idea what a healthy weight for me is as a grown up!

I was at 132 last week. Got down to 130. My goal is 115-120.
I heard an idea from someone where they had asked people to "like" their Facebook status and for every "like" they would run a mile in February. I got 37 likes, and have done 7.43 so far...yahoo!0 -

Then Ultimate goal weight cause if I can get down to 150 I can make 135 happen too!! That would be pre baby weight and I havent seen in 7 years!!!!!0 -
My first goal was to get out of the 190's, and my last weigh in, scale said 189.8 but I havent seen that number since thats why I say my weight is 190, so I kinda feel like I may accomplished my first small goal!!0

Goal: Fit into a size 5 and be toned. I'm not into the # of lbs, as long as I could fit into a 5 or a 3 would be great!!!0

5'1" I started at either 1 over or 1 under 200, that was the number that scared me, but I can't remember which? I am down to 137 today, so I say thus far down 63 lbs, my original goal was 130, but I have now decided to go for 115. Only been on here a couple days or so though, started this for my roommate who has a bmi of 41 and I have talked him into trying some of the stuff I am trying!0

I'm 5'0.5" and set my ticker at 115 but I'm not sure if the number will actually go that low. I'm around 120-125 now, want to decrease my body fat percentage and put on a little muscle.0

I'm 5''1" and would like to eventually weigh ~116; tight and lean muscle mass. Moving towards 105lbs now, eating clean and frequent meals (6-7 per day, small portions).0

130, maybe less depending on how I feel when I get to that point. When I get there I'm sure I'll have a lot of "toning" to do.0
