    Hi I am 5'2 weight 124. My story is that I did get down to 110 but it crept back up bc I let myself go and couldn't get back on track I was depressed. I am trying to get back down to that. I really could kick myself for gaining back half of my weight. I am limited on what I can do. I have torn tissue in my right foot the ball of it and I had to quit doing plyometrics and just do basic weight training even doing lunges hurts but I still do those. When my foot had to go into a boot which was June that is when I started going downhill I was frustrated that I couldnt' do what I was doing and basically stopped.

    short term goal is 188 by Easter. we shall see
    long term down to 135 where i was before all 4 kids.

    Sorry, I couldn't help this! I am 5'1" just like you, and my goal is exactly the same as yours, since I am 3 away from my first goal. I am currently 1 away from where you are now, and I started at 200! Good luck to you, and good luck to anyone who reads this, we can all do this!

    I'm 5'1". Started at 202pds (eeekkkk) in January down to 188pds. My current goal is 135 which I weighted in 9th grade (always been thick). At that point I'll reevaluate. I can't even imagine my body getting to 110-120pds...

    I'm shootin' for 130-ish and single-digit size jeans would be nice, too! The only time that I have lost weight and been truly thin as an adult was following a divorce. I weighed 117 then -- tooooo thin! I was a size 4, but I looked sick and my eyes were sunken. I just want to be 'comfortable' - actual size or number on the scale doesn't matter so mcuh.

  • i weigh 167 now... my end goal before june would like it to be 140ish, but with a end result of 130-135.

    I'm 5'2". Originally my goal was to get down to 110 lbs and re-evaluate. Now that I'm at 112 lbs I think I could go down even further and not be too skinny. My midsection is still pretty flabby after all!

    I'd love to get toned, but I've tried doing that in the past and my body simply refuses to put on muscle. I do have general goals of becoming stronger and more flexible, and will continue doing yoga and swimming after my goal weight is reached.

    My goal:
    125 if I don't want to get off my butt and go get ripped; 135 if I get serious. I look really good with that 10 extra pounds of muscle. :wink:

    I'm 5'1 and want to get to 120-125. We'll see when I get there if I'm happy with it! I've never been below 135 as an adult but I wasn't happy with my body even at 135.

    I would love to get down to 140lbs. With my frame, it would fit me.
  • I'm 5'2. I don't care about weight, I just want to fit into my size 4-5. When I weighed 130, I could fit into size 4 or 5 no problem.

    I am 5'1 and my current goal weight is 145lbs. I would love to be down to 125.. The last time i weighed anywhere in the 120s was back in middle school :ohwell: i dont think thats gonna work for me but we shall see.

    5'2". Goal is 114-115. 114 just b/c it would be fun to be below 115 LOL I'm currently 125 (+/- 2 lbs depending on the day... argh, if I could just get them to stay off and get below 123 this week that would be GREAT). I still look pretty poochy in the arms, butt and stomach, but am starting to get a little more toned. 10 lbs off and toned would be a good weight for me I think. I'm trying to get in better shape, with increased strength and muscles... biggest motivations are health and back pain mitigation, but I also really want to look great in my wedding dress (getting married in April!!!).     I am 5'1. I thought I would look good at this weight (currently 131.5) but I can see I need to lose at least 10 more lbs. 120 is my goal weight now.

    It is getting harder to lose for sure!

    5' 1 1/4", at my original goal wt of 125, but think I'd like to lose about 3 more lbs. First I'm concentrating on toning up though, so even if that causes me to gain a lb or two, that's ok, just wanna be tighter and smaller.

    My ultimate goal weight is 150. This a few is quite a few pounds more than what is recommended however I don't feel being in the120s is what is best for me.
  • I'm a little shorter than that- 5' 1/2 " and I started out thinking I'd hit the teens (like 115)
    I started @ 167 lbs.- lost approx. 45 lbs.
    I'm @ the low end of 120's now.

    Changed my end goal for a variety of reasons- namely because I have learned MUCH about myself along the way
    and MAINTENANCE is the key element once I've lost the excess weight.
    I don't WANT to gain it back, and finding where I can maintain it with MY personal lifestyle
    has been the main factor.

    As I got closer to my end goal, I calculated maintenance calories without ANY additional exercise
    and decided 1600 was very much do-able for me.
    ( I work in a very physical job, and getting to a gym is NOT feasible for me personally)
    I incorporate alternative forms of exercise- walking, jogging, exercise tapes, ect.

    I also re-evaluated based on the clothing sizes- and where I live/my tastes in clothing styles.
    I don't personally want to be challenged to find pants smaller in the young girls' section,
    and I have too many leftover skin rolls to want to wear string bikinis.
    I'm NOT going to lose more weight and my next option would be to wear little girls' Hello Kitty underwear.
