    I'm guessing my goal should be about 150 at the lowest. I have a lot of lean muscle and my one of my trainers is my height and weighs 145 BUT she looks like 115 - 120, easily. Very lean, sleek muscles, and she has virtually no chest. I have a good sized one, and I'd prefer to keep it! lol

    I am only 5"1' and I want to get down to 125lbs by August. I am 166lbs. Started at 176lbs on January 1st. Just made -10lbs today! After August, id like to get down to 115lbs by the end of the year.

    Goal : 130 (I weighed 132 when I got pregnant with my first child and was very comfortable at that weight).

    I'm 5'1.5" and want to be between 115-120 as my final goal. I was happiest when I was 120 before my wedding almost 4 years ago.

    This is a really interesting thread, although I admit I havent had time to read all of it yet. I'm 5'2", 135lb and aiming for 125lb - it's reassuring to see so many of you heading for the same goal

    I am almost 5'2'' and weigh around 112 lbs....I feel pretty good, but could use more toning/less body fat. My frame though, for you to judge, is a little weird...I have very narrow hips, wider shoulders, and 5-10 of those fat lbs are in my chest. >.< I don't think I have a 'small' frame. So, it's hard for me to find a goal weight. I'm just measuring my waist and strength training until I think I look better. My mom has a similar frame (and 5'1"), and was only 100lbs at her fittest... :/ so I don't know.

    I'm 5'3" - seriously I think I'm 5'2" - it's up for debate. Anyhow, I'm 135. Currently not focusing on a weight # perse but reducing body fat % to 15-18% range. Cannot imagine being 5'2" and 110 lbs. I weighed 110 in high school with major skeletor hips protruding out. I work out 5-6 days a week - strength training 5 days a week.

    I'm 5'2. Currently 221 lbs and a size 18.

    My goal is a size 12 (10 is the smallest I think I'll like) and TONED. Whatever the weight is doesn't really matter to me, though I picture its somewhere around 140.

    I'm 5'2" and about 143 pounds. Even though I've gained 10 pounds over the past 4 1/2 years, I haven't gone up a size, and I'm still a solid size 8 for jeans, and either a 6 or 8 dress size. I'd like to be be between 120 and 125 pounds, and ultimately be a size 4 or 6 in jeans. I have a pretty muscular build, and I'm really looking to drop 20 pounds by my birthday in July. Vegetables have become my new best friends!

    I would like to get between 110-115lbs. its hard to say a goal weight until you can see yourself at that weight first to see how you look and feel. starting at 135lbs

    I'm 5'3" and by March 19th I want to be down to about 140 (right now I'm about 155) D: As for my long term goal it'd be AMAZING if I could get down to between 107lbs and 120lbs! We can do this!
    So far, the MyFitnessPal app has been pretty helpful :D

    145 is still overweight if your 5'1 or 5'2. Ideally you should aim for 125 to 130 depending on frame size

    I'm 5'2 and my BMI said I was overweight at 130. It all depends on body type! If you're petite, like me, it has to be even lower, but if your frame is bigger then it has to be higher. If they feel comfortable at 140, that's all that matters. 140lbs won't give anyone terrible health issues.

    I'm 5"2 currently weigh 115 lbs and wear a 4-6 depending on the store. I'd like to be 105-110 and wear a 2-4.

    I am 5'0 ... but I want to be in the 125 120 range we will see when I get to 130 I'll decide... I am 147 now 149 some days... so I have around 28 more pounds to go down.
