Get some good cross training shoes and rest your shins. Don't mess around with shin splints.

Carbs are energy for your body and mind. Protein is necessary for rebuilding damaged muscle. Stay below your MFP calorie goal and eat what you want. If you completely eliminate something from your diet, it will make you want it even more which will result in cheating. Everything in moderation.

You may have stretched your stomach out so it takes more food to get the full feeling. After cutting calories for a while your stomach should shrink down and it will take less food to fill up.

Sign up for a triathlon and do a training plan for the race. You won't be able to keep from losing weight! I run, bike, or swim every day for at least an hour to hour and a half. I burn over 1000 cals per day on exersice. It's a little extreme but works great.

You need to be careful how much fiber you eat if you are running long distances. Fiber will aggrevate your GI when you are in BFE!

I like Post Raisin Bran. It's one of the cheapest and has a lot of fiber. The raisins take care of my sweet fix for the morning too.
