Loads of video's on youtube - just enter in to the search - "running techniques for beginners". Also concentrate on your breathing as well (video's for that are also on youtube).

As the others have said, (going by your stats) you don't need to lose weight anyway - so that's the first thing. Eating cakes and cheese isn't terrible! Lol As long as you're not eating JUST cakes and cheese every day for the rest of your life, i think you'll be fine. ;) There's nothing wrong with eating these things,…

Yes, but i'm guessing most people eat sweet things just for the taste....not to feel full. I normally have something sweet AFTER eating my dinner. I love doughnuts! <3

Yes, i can definitely see a reduction in your stomach and bum. as others have said, next time maybe wear the same clothes for before & after pics and non patterned if possible. Keep up the good work!

I normally take a couple of Ibruprofen even before the cramps start. As soon as i see the first traces, i pop a couple of painkillers. Funnily enough, sometimes my best workouts are at that time of the month!

Eat whatever you feel like eating! I couldn't wait to maintain so i could start eating Doughnuts and Chocolate again (without worrying about going over my alloted calories). As long as you're eating a nutritious balanced diet, you have nothing to worry about.

Yes, this^^. When i visited the US, the portions were so big! I didn't mind it for the 4 weeks i was there, but i'm glad i live in the UK. Lol

Yes, with me it's normally Rice or my beloved Doughnuts. Lol I have a resonably flat stomach, but i do agree that if i were to cut down on certain foods my stomach would be much flatter. But i just prefer to eat the Doughnuts. ;)

For the past 3 weeks i've had a few days within each week where i've been eating a lot more than normal. Way over my TDEE! BBQ's, eating out at restaurants, take aways and drinking more alcohol than i normally drink and i've stayed the same. I must admit, i was pretty surprised i didn't gain weight! :o

I don't really buy biscuits anymore tbh, because it's so easy to eat loads of them. I now buy biscuits & chocolate that are individually packaged, such as Club Chocolate or single Twix Bars. I find that if you have to unwrap them, you're more likely to think more before opening another one. [If that makes sense].

Yep, i do the urine test. I don't drink a lot of water at all (maybe 1 litre a day, even less during Winter), but my urine is normally between 1 and 3 in the diagram above. I notice that when i drink alcohol though, my urine is much darker - obviously due to dehydration. That's when i ensure to drink more Water. But there…

Yes, i think eating clean does play a big part in this. I love my doughnuts too much, so doubt i'll be getting a 6 pack anytime soon. Lol Just interested how you get to eat 2750 cals OP....how much exercise do you do?

Sadly, most 15 year old girls these days are thinking people like Victoria Beckhams' body is the ideal. So most of us on here would probably have a big butt too (according to them). I wouldn't worry about it!

Yep, log all your food and try to do some kind of exercise! Exercise will allow you to eat a bit more.

109-113 is very light for 5,3". You look very slim, but as i cannot see the lower half of your body - i can't really tell you what i think your body fat % is.
