Stopped logging for 2 Months now.........
......and i've stayed the same weight! Yayy. I do still weigh certain things like Rice, Pasta, Cereal - but i haven't logged one thing! I've had Pizza, Big Restaurant Meals, Alcohol etc. - so it's not like i've been depriving myself either. So it IS possible. Thought i'd be logging forever! Lol

Having trouble eating enough Protein
I was at maintenance but i've decided to slowly lose 3-4 pounds, so i'm only eating 1600/1700 cals a day as opposed to my usual 2000 cals (TDEE). The thing is, i'd like to up my Protein but find it very hard on this amount of calories. I don't drink protein shakes and i don't eat eggs or cottage cheese. When i could eat…

Went to the Dentist Yesterday.....
....and for the sake of my teeth, i have to cut down on Sugary treats and Drinks. :/ I'm fine with cutting out the sweet treats (well sort of ;) ) - but i need some ideas for low calorie drinks. I don't want to drink low cal soda/fizzy drinks anymore either. So they're out.

Body Fat Calculator - Accurate?
Not sure if it's just wishful thinking on my part ;) , but this body fat calculator seems to be the most accurate i've used (saying i'm 24% BF). Most say i'm 28%, which i don't think i am. Do your results seem accurate? http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/body-fat-calculator-usmc

Period Pain like Cramps while Running
I've just started getting these period pain like cramps while i've been out running. It feels like i'm about to start my period, but it's not even anywhere near around that time of the month. I'm not exactly doubled up in pain or anything, but it is pretty uncomfortable. Have any of you Ladies experienced this?

Runners,...what running shoes would you recommend?
I've recently started running and still just wear my trainers i powerwalked in (Nike Shox). But i need a proper pair of running shoes, so wanted to know which you would recommend. I've heard Asics are a great brand for running shoes.

Only been Running twice and having Hip Pain :(
Is it normal to have hip pain when you first start running? I don't experience pain while running,... it's after. The pain is at the front of both Hips.

Lighter Weights (High Reps) v Heavy Weights (Low Reps)
I've heard conflicting views on this. Can anyone tell me what the Pros & Cons are for both (regarding building muscle)? When i say lighter weights, i don't mean 1kg Pink Dumbbells ;) , i mean as used in Body Pump style Classes, 10kg upwards.

Gonna start lifting weights,..... but scared i'm gonna overeat!
Well, i'm finally going to start lifting weights - after toying with the idea for some time. But in the past, whenever i've done some kind of weight lifting i.e Kettlebells....i'm always ravenous afterwards and then end up eating anything in sight! (Cardio doesn't effect me like this). Bruises on Legs after Kettlebells Workout
I've just started doing Workouts using Kettlebells....targeting my Legs (i.e Squats, Lunges) and i've noticed i have a large bruise on the back of my knee/sort of lower thigh. I'm guessing it's due to the new workout and it's kind of putting me off. :/ Has anyone else experienced this?

Homemade Low Cal Drinks
I wanna cut down on drinking low calorie fizzy drinks/Soda (getting bored of drinking them and they aren't great for your teeth either). I'd like some ideas for making soft drinks at home. I don't like Milk and not a fan of Fruit Smoothies (the texture). What kind of drinks do you all make?

Low Carb, High Protein - I need ideas and CONVINCING!
I want to try lowering my Carb intake and upping my Protein. Basically, i'm trying a different angle to lose body fat....and lowering Carbs seems about the best way for me right now (obviously, along with exercise). Building Muscle/Lowering Body fat - Can this be done without Lifting Heavy?
I've been seeing a lot of posts re: building Muscle saying you have to "lift heavy" to do this. Is there any other way of building a good amount of muscle? Heavy Lifting isn't really my thing.

I saw a link about body fat percentages http://www.leighpeele.com/body-fat-pictures-and-percentages on another thread and it got me thinking...."who would i prefer to look like"? I prefer the physique of the 18% female.....but due to my love of fast food, doubt i can accomplish that tbh. :ohwell: I'd say i'm hovering…
