Will lowering to 1100 Cals for 1 week affect my Metabolism?

No carb eaters - what do you eat after a big workout?
After a big workout i need to fill up immediately on something like Pasta or Rice (normally with Tuna or Chicken). Those of you who don't eat Carbs (such as Pasta, Rice, Bread, potatoes) ....what do you eat after doing lots of exercise? I've been wanting to know the answer to this question for ages.

What Foods fill you up?
I've been itching to know what kind of foods everyone "fills up on". With me, it's mostly Pasta or Riced based meals......with Chicken or Fish & Veg. I'm getting a bit tired of this now and need some new idea's. What do you guys eat that's filling to you (and tasty!)?

HONEY,....Good or Bad?
I stopped having Sugar in my Tea & Coffee ages ago, but now use Splenda or Clear Honey. I know Splenda is a bit "iffy" as it's an artificial sweetener - but i only have that once a day with my morning Coffee. For me, i have to have either Pasta, Rice, Potatoes or Bread with every Meal or it's like i haven't really eaten anything!
