I was just saying this to my sister the other day. I really don't know how some people "forget to eat"! If a few hours go past and i haven't eaten anything, i either get hangry or start to become shaky. I've always had a big appetite and eaten regularly - i've been like that since i was a Kid (and i was a slim Kid ;) ).

These days, 69 isn't that old! Very sad to hear this. Especially loved his 80s stuff he did with Nile Rodgers. His Ex wife Angie is in the Celebrity Big Brother house here in the UK. So i'm guessing she'll have to be told!

My BMI is around 21-22....but tbh i'm more concerned with how much body fat i have. I'd rather be 128lbs with 20% Body fat, than 128lbs with 27% Body Fat.

Yep, this. Or McDonalds! Simple. Lol I'm sure you're still getting some Protein there - but when i've got a hangover i really couldn't care less about how much Protein i'm eating! ;)

I've not logged for 2 months, and i've stayed the same weight! Yes, totally agree. I'm 128lbs now (and maintaining nicely), but i have been 119 and didn't look too good. :/ My bust was non-existant and i my top half just looked scrawny! Maybe you need to do a Recomp rather than lose more weight.

I was talking about Marilyn Monroe. Her waist and hips were much smaller than my waist & hips and i am a current UK 8-10. Audrey Hepburn on the other hand was probably a size 0!

Exactly. I used to sell Vintage Clothes and a 1950s/60s size 12 dress was absolutely tiny! Back then, Ladies had extremely small waists.

Tbh, beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway. Audrey wasn't my idea of a beautiful woman - Marilyn Monroe yes. But it always makes me laugh when people say she was quite a big girl. :/ I think she was a 36-22-35, which in todays' sizing (due to her bust) would be something like a UK 8-10 (US 4-6).

To me, when i see very skinny women like Victoria Beckham i just presume "they just don't eat much". I couldn't imagine her eating a Burger and Chips. I echo what everyone has said already. Why not do both (....that's what i do! ;) ). I run 3 times a week (for health & extra calories) and i do strength training 3 times a week (for muscle building & strength).

I normally Run Mon, Weds & Fri or Sun, Tues & Thurs. Running every other day works well for me and gives me the chance to recover (as others have said). The days i don't Run, i do weight training.

Yes, i meant fresh juices (i.e Tropicana Orange Juice etc). I'm not a lover of cordial type drinks tbh, cos of the additives etc. And i find the low cal versions taste awful! I'm with you though, plain water isn't that appealing to me either. :/ I guess you could also try making your own lime or lemon juice & add a little…

I normally dilute my Juice with 1/2 water. Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Pineapple Juice ....whatever juice you like. A small glass (150ml) of Juice comes in at around 70 cals. Just add water to make it go further. I also try to drink 100% pure Juice, not the concentrated stuff.
