I've seen people use the term "reverse dieting"....but what is it exactly?

    Slowly increasing calories/day to either find maintenance or a good bulking amount.

    pretty sure its when you are done losing weight and add calories in stages to reach maintenance level.

    IT is basically coming off the deficit for a day to either give your body a "diet break" or even "carb cycle" if you have been low to moderate carbing during the week... Usually this is a day or two, or it is done in cycles..

    Different meanings, different methods for different reasons..
