Try to do some sort of exercise.....maybe Walking or Swimming. Cookies can easily bump up calories, so you definitly need to cut down on those! (I very rarely eat them now tbh, as i just don't think they're worth the calories). How many calories has MFP given you? By the way, you are not ugly.

For me, it was a number of things. I've always had a big appetite....so ate big portions I thought i could carry on eating like i was still a Teenager :* The Foods i like tend to be high calorie. Not actually thinking about what i was eating (calorie-wise).

The thing is, online calculators, Body fat scales and even calipers don't measure body fat accurately. I've been anything from 22-30% using them. :| Only a Bod pod type machine can accurately measure body fat (and one session is pretty costly). Today was a lot cooler (around 25C i think). I actually managed to get stuff done! I really don't wanna be seeing 37C again, any time soon. Lol

Yes this. ^^ I sometimes buy Shorts or Skirts one size bigger on purpose....so they rest slightly above my Hips. This is also good if the item is a bit short, as wearing them lower makes them appear longer.

Wow, i take my hat off to you. I couldn't even Powerwalk in that heat today. Lol The thing with me is, i don't like Weather extremes...too much heat (like today) or when it Snows. Anything in between i'm fine with!

I totally understand OP. I initially wanted to get down to 118ish but decided to stay at 128 and do a Body Recomp. 118 pounds won't give me the body i'm looking for (i'd just end up looking scrawny), and i want to have muscle definition while still looking relatively slim & healthy.

I know what you mean! I love Pizza. Because of the UK Heatwave we're having at the moment (which is actually becoming a pain )....i won't be going near a Cooker or Oven today, so we're having Pizza tonight. Can't wait!

Here in the UK, the serving suggestion sizes can be so small. For example, 40 grams is the suggested serving size for most Cereals. That's like a portion for a small child! Lol I tend to measure out my own servings.

@half_moon What do you have for drinks? Before i started logging my food & drinks, i was drinking 4 glasses of Orange juice a day (thinking i was being "healthy")....but those 4 glasses turned out to be almost equivalent to 400 cals! So be mindful of your drinks as well.

It can depend on your frame size and how muscular you are. I'd look very "iffy" at a BMI of 20, let alone 18.5. I think i'm OK at 22 or slightly higher. Dropping 5 pounds may not make much of a difference in how you look, so you could just be losing more weight for nothing!
