  • I would like to join I'm around 5'3" and shrinking, have already done mfp and lost but unfortunately have gained it back! New year, new me. Would enjoy some motivation, but not sure how this works. . .
  • There are always ups and downs (just came off a bad week myself). Even if something happens and you can't exercise (been there) try to stay strong and watch what you eat. Then when your body's ready again exercise. Another hint even if you can't get back out there and run or really exeercise hard try to keep moving…
  • I would like to know how you calculate your calories burnt with the wii zumba. Does it have to do with the points at the end?
  • OK I'm in finally started today but I think it's going to be a real struggle. I hate to run just for the fun of it but I have a special goal to do a run for breast cancer. Tired of this stinking disease and want to do something to show it.
  • From what I've heard over many years and types of dieting is water is WATER but if you do drink things like coffee or tea you can count have the quantity for water (1cup of tea=1/2 cup water). Personnally I try to drink at least half my water before I treat myself to any other drink.
