Hi Velvet Crunch crisps are fine, and i also like square crisps, skips and quavers I would never last if i decided to give up my crisps :tongue: Try to look at it as a lifestyle change and not a diet, it makes it so much easier and that way fit in your treats instead of cutting out all the things you enjoy Good luck…

Myself and hubby weigh every saturday morning. And only then. He goes and puts the kettle on, and i grab the scales. Routine we have been in for a while now.

Always been dogs i grew up with, and got my 1st tabby almost 3 yrs ago. Couple months later we adopted another kitten, a small black cat. Both live perfectly happy with my big x Belgian Shephard pooch, which one of the cats grooms constantly :love:
