  • :smile: I was diagnosed and few months ago. try watching the amount of carbs you eat and yes exercise is important. at least 30 mins a day. it doesn't have to be done all at once, but you should try to get at least 30 mins in. try taking a short walk at lunch time or after dinner. good luck
  • :smile: I picked strawberries for about 45 mintues then brought them home and cleaned them and only eat 8 med. ones the rest I cut-up and put in the frig for another day.
