Just waned to add that water weight can really add to your total towards the end of pregnancy. They say you won't swell as much if you're due in the winter, but that was a complete lie for me. My legs and feet were HUGE by the time I had my son.

I haven't breastfed for four months. I was extremely stressed during my son's first months of life, but I'd like to think that I have evened out since then.

I love the jalapeno ones, but I can only find them in the 100 calorie bags at a convenience store near work.

Stress can really affect your weight. I completed P90x and 2/3 of Insanity this year, and only lost 3 pounds over those 5 months. Some of my life stressors have disappeared, and I've been losing 2 pounds a week.

I'd say baby carrots. Cooked, in your case.

Absolutely. I got a cold on Friday, and I ate at least 300 calories more than I needed on Saturday. I think a day or two of being sick and eating more is OK as long as you recommit when you're better.

I think my big downfall was eating too many snacks. I usually chose healthier stuff, but I ate too much of it. I also would eat really big lunches. I've found that studying while standing up at tall tables or counters helps a little. That, and going to the gym. :)

My diary is private, but I love to eat my full calorie allotment. :) Here's an idea of the foods I eat regularly: - Oatmeal. With a banana, it really holds me through the morning. - Soups. Black bean is my favorite, although I will occasionally go for non-beef chili or gumbo. - Homemade sandwiches. I use low-calorie wheat…
