  • i am ...have run out of excuses. christmas chocs needing eaten, easter eggs etc. last week was my birthday so now that all the meals out are over and choccies all gone, i`m going to get my head down and concentrate on losing wieght. trouble is .....i don`t like excercise so it`ll need to be done by diet. good luck…
