My favorite lunch is all trader joes! 1/2 cup of the frozen brown rice, 1 cup of the frozen organic foursome vegetables (so good!) 3oz of "just chicken" and 1 tbs Island soyaki sauce.

My three favorite: High fiber cereal from trader joes with almond milk and bananas Oroweat sandwich thin with peanut butter and sliced banana Oatmeal with raspberries So delicious!
