exactly!! it's not a diet it's a lifestyle. i've 'dieted' in the past, but when i actually made a lifestyle change, that's when all the magic happened!!

ugh i know i should have kept some and taken pictures wearing them! however, i've pretty much completely cleaned out my closet so it's pretty bare :(

Oh girl I hear ya. I can exercise like nobody's business but food will always be my downfall and something I'll have to constantly work on. It really does become an addiction and I know how hard it is. Feel free to add me. I've lost 75lbs so far so it can be done. I notice I do the best when i'm logging EVERYTHING.

Thanks!! I can't remember what my calories were at when I started, but i think now they're a little over 1300 or so. Yes i DEFINITELY exercise. 6 days a week for usually around 90 min give or take. Lots of weightlifting along with my cardio. I've found that's when the weight starts really falling off. Plus I love getting…

yes I agree. I only take them on really heavy or intense days because of that fact, that's why I don't want to spend a lot of money on something I'm not using that often. Sometimes I just need a little extra boost :)

yea i'm talking moreso about supplements, etc rather than food. I don't like to eat before my workouts, either, unless it's a small snack.
