Do I need to just commit to the MFP 1200 net? Seems so low for someone who is 200lbs and fairly active.

Thanks, all! Super helpful

I mean working out my good arm : shoulder of course! Can only do physical therapy on my broken wrist.

What level weights do you use? I am doing 30DS Level 1 for the third time (I have never gotten through Level 3!). I used 5lbs weigths at first, but I have 8lb weights. Heavier is better, right?

Wonderful! I love your hair :-)

I am so confused! So, you think I should just look at some of my days when I was not active (fitbit says about 1900 if I just do no exercise or about 4000-ish steps)) and then subtract 500 (so 1400 to eat). But, days I run or get a lot mor steps (10,000 - 12,000) should I eat back the extra? Thank you! I have been not…

Thanks! So you mean I should consider eating some/ all back?
-
Got it! Glad i asked :-)

Thanks do much for all the suggestions!!! I will try a couple of these because I do like the class a lot and lots of strength training classes is what has worked for me in the past to lose / maintain.

Are you eating back your running calories! You probably need to at least net 1200 calories.
-
The first picture is actually very flattering (love your dress) but you look so fit and beautiful in the progress pick. Congrats!!!

SW: 182 CW: 176.6 (this is a little high from eatting too much at Easter dinner. I was more like 172) GW for April: 168 (this would represent about 4lbs from where I was March 29th) UGW: 130 How do you plan to achieve your personal goal? I lowered my calorie goal (net) to 1330. I had it at 1500 and was fine with that…

Bumpers!

I hear you! Mine is more the pictures. I've only lost 11lbs but my clothes are fitting soooo much better. I can wear a lot of my Size 10s again. I wish I had pictures to compare. Plus, I want to post BEFORE and AFTER pics on the motivation board when I get 1/2 to my goal and, of course, at my goal. How much wt did you lose…

Bump for future reference. I am under a rock like 73freckles!

Go Mama!! Inspired. I have not lost my baby weight from my youngest and she is 2.5!
-
Really great and inspiring!

Really clear difference! Way to go. I am only 1/2 through, so this helps!

That seems like a low TDEE unless you are really petite, especially since you said you used lightly active ( which sounds about right or maybe moderately active). Is that with a % off? You don't eat back exercise calories if you use TDEE, but if you are really hungry on those gym days, have a healthy snack? I would think…

Wow!, A really big change. Thanks for sharing.

This is a good link from WW. One of the paragraphs that might help you refers to dress patterns: "Appealing to vanity Vanity sizing, in which measurements run larger than standard, has become a factor adding to the confusion. Designers have drifted far afield of the US standard clothing sizes that were developed in the…

Wow! You look wonderful. Very slim and healthy! I am 5'5 too, so this is motivating! I did not start as high, but want to get down to about the same goal. What's your work out routine? How many calories do you net? Thanks!!!!!!
-
I feel like I am working harder in terms of strength moves but less cardio maybe? I'm fine with it, but was curious,

Thanks for the suggestions! What is the best hand placement? Directly below the shoulders? I am pretty sure I go too wide ...
-
I am 5'5 and 175. Burn about 225 on level 1

I did level 2 for the first time in years! Now I remember why I never got more than 5days into this one. I hate it. I think because I really hate anything in plank or push-ups. Is there a lot of that in 3? Only 9 to go!

I do 30DS 3x per week along with a couch to 10k program that I do 3x per week. I try to get in a Pilates class too.
