Put it in your slow cooker in the morning before work with some black eye peas and cover it with water. They'll be done when you get home. All you need to do is make some cornbread to go with.

Fellow runner here! I've only been at maintenance for about five months. I start my half marathon training tomorrow for my first half of the year in May. I'm working on speed as well. I want to finish a half in two hours or less just once.

I like those lightly salted dry roasted edamame packets. For 100 calories you get 11 grams of protein, plus they taste great.

Well, that is your opinion. I personally can't wait to see how they put it on film. Wow. Well, thankfully, I'm neither.

It's been easier for me because I get to eat more. I still track my food through MFP. I don't think I'd be successful without tracking. Perhaps one day. I still run and lift. I also have goals I'm working towards which helps as well.

Everything really. I love an athletic frame and muscle definition as well.

I drink a low sodium v8 everyday. On the weekends I'll grab the naked berry veggie. It's really good and sweet. I love vegetables though and eat two servings at lunch and dinner. The v8 and naked's help me get a bit more.

This is what I'm currently doing and it's working so far.

Greek yogurt with flax seed (Had some this morning with a bagel), cottage cheese, egg whites with cheese, or a protein shake can get you a good amount. I buy these pre-made protein shakes from premier protein. You can get 30g of protein for 160 calories. I always have one post workout.
