Something I've been toying around with is homemade carrot chips with hummus dip. I've been eating this black bean/ edamame hummus from "Eat Well Enjoy Life" and they are 40 and 70 cals for 2 tbsp respectively. It's good imo, but the carrots take a while to bake then cool.0

Mix a snack size cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I enjoy Dannon Light & Fit) w/ 2 Tbs. of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. Freeze it (then thaw a bit before eating) for a FroYo texture, or enjoy it as is.0
