Hey! My name is Lisa, I've been vegan for 5 years now. My husband and 2 children are also vegan..... yayyyyy. I've just rescued a border collie of 6 months. So because she is so energetic I thought I may as well get myself a little fitter too. So here I am looking for like minded people to get inspiration and help.

Oh Emm Gee! I never wore any underwear once when I went to do a workout at the gym and it was one of the most embarrassing moments in my life......:ohwell: The sweat mark down there looked like I had pi*sed myself! I always wear underwear now! Bahahahahaha :laugh:
