I have only been referring to my HR monitor. I wore it all day yesterday and checked it from time to time to see what my resting HR was. I was very still and quiet the times I checked it. I can see how 11 points up or down can be disconcerting! Guess I need to try taking it in the morning. Thanks for all the advice though!

I didn't do anything yesterday. My body was in too much pain to do much of anything! I always make sure to take rest days so my muscles have a chance to bounce back. I am proud of myself, but I am frustrated that no matter what I do I never lose any weight/inches.

I usually go over the fiber and protein amounts everyday. Yes. I am eating my exercise calories every day. I thought maybe I would lose inches instead of lbs first, but I actually gained inches in my waist and hips in the past 6 weeks. I feel hopeless. Maybe I am genetically defunct. I don't know what to do anymore.

I found an awesome sweet tooth snack-frozen blueberries! They are very sweet and when you eat them frozen you feel like you are eating something that isn't healthy for you. You can eat so many of them and they have very few calories in them and they are a great source of antioxidants!

I went over 1,400 calories the other day. You will have f-up days. Don't be discouraged. I went over because I really was hungry when I did eat. The food I ate wasn't the best however.
