New 3 mile run record!
I feel so good today! I've been running for over 8 months now on a consistent basis and I can finally run 3 miles in 25 minutes! My average was 27 min for the longest time, so getting 25 minutes feels so incredible! I am practicing for a 10k for the middle of the month and my goal is to do that in under an hour. Woot!
