Need some Support

So...I am starting off the new year almost 30lbs heavier than my goal weight for 2011. I kind of let myself go the past several months for a few reasons. One, my job was stressing me out. Two, I was binge eating because I was stressed. And thirdly, I just found out I have Celiac Disease (can't eat gluten/wheat), so I've been eating and drinking all the gluten I can before the new year begins. I gained the majority of my weight in the past month, but that was entirely my own doing.
I've decided to start fresh this year. My goal is to be healthy. Quit smoking completely and take gluten out of my body for good! I would love to be 140lbs by the end of this year, but if that doesn't happen and I'm still at a healthy weight for me, then that's okay too. All I know is that I don't want to feel the way I do right now. I feel so fat and disgusting!
For at least a week I would like to do a juicing fast to clean out my system and prepare it for being healthy again. So I filled my fridge with a bunch of raw veggies, greens, and fruit. My boyfriend is also going to do this with me. I will try and keep track of my progress through this website, but please don't be too concerned if you see my calorie intake and it's extremely low. I am doing this as a fast and I've had guidance through my dietitian back home.
Motivation is the key to success...today I am feeling the effects of my previous lifestyle. I want to drink coffee, have a smoke and eat whole food! I am going to ignore these sensations temporarily to get my mind and body clear of all the toxins I've been feeding it the past 27 years!
