You are such an inspiration! My story is similar to yours and it gives me some hope that I can get there too! You look AMAZING by the way! The muscle tone is really coming through!

check out Thredup.com! It's an online thrift store where there's tons of plus-sized clothing for super cheap! I've had really good luck going through them:)

you are truly inspiring! My goal weight is 150 and I started around 220lbs. You give me motivation! You look so amazing!

Your post is so inspiring! If more people could realize that there is more to life than food, then they'd realize that they'd be a lot happier:) I'm on my way there emotionally, not so much physically (yet!). Good job! By the way, I love your red hat! Where did you find that? I'm always on the look out for nice winter hats!

2 eggs with a little cheese on top! Yum!

135 or 145lbs. I am very muscular, so anything less than 135lbs and I would be too skinny

Thanks for all the responses everyone! If you're not sure what is making you sick, I strongly suggest you get an endoscope done. It is the best and only way to really test for Celiac Disease. The process takes about 10 min, but can be expensive if you don't have insurance ($800). Even if you don't, it's well worth knowing…

I have asymptomatic Celiac Disease, so I know all about the neurological effects! I get migraines and headaches after ingesting wheat or it's counterparts, but sometimes I don't feel the effects until the day after or for several days. I've been living in a "brain fog" for the past 10 years, and now I finally have some…

20lbs for me would be a HUGE deal. I gained 20lbs in two months and I'm sure it will take close to a year to lose it all...just losing a few lbs is a big deal for me. You look really skinny, but you still look healthy. I would love to be where you are now! It will just take lots of time and patience!

I appreciate all the responses to my post. The reason I am doing a juice fast is for personal reasons. It is more of a mental thing that I would like to try. 30 days is really not that bad, and I think I can do it with enough healthy fruits, veggies and greens (which do contain protein). I have been sick with Celiac…

So I weighed myself the other day to see if any of the extra weight was because of water, and 2.6lbs of it was! Woot! I still have a lot of work to do to lose the extra 6lbs that just seemed to stick to me in less than 3 weeks:(
-
Yes! I have been eating a lot of chips and salsa and things that are very salty in general! I didn't even think about that...I hope that's a big part of my problem. Trying to flush my system out now with drinking a but ton of water.

Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts everyone. I am hoping that at least half of the weight is water weight because I have been staying pretty active, but I've been eating about 4,000 calories a day for the past three weeks. 8 lbs still seems like too much...why can't losing weight ever be that easy?!
-
50lbs in 3 years. Still working on the last 15lbs and it has taken me so long to lose it but I am very close to my goal weight now.
-
Your hard work is really paying off. You look great! Keep it up, girl!
-
5' 5". Goal 140lbs. Maybe 135lbs, but I have a very muscular build, so that might be too small for me.
-
Try not to weigh yourself everyday. Do it once a week and go off that number vs. freaking out by your body's normal weight fluctuations throughout the week. This is easier said than done, but give it a try for a while and see how you feel mentally. Guten Gluck!

Just out of curiosity, how is the terrain on your commute? Do you have a lot of elevation change? That is really a good time. I wish I was that fast on my road bike! I can do 10 miles in about 50 minutes, but there are lots of hills and the road is pretty bumpy in spots.
-
I could be 125 but then I would be anorexic! My frame is large and I am quite muscular. I am striving for 140lbs.
-
You are definitely an inspiration! I've been floating between 148 and 153lbs and I can't seem to break under 148! I need to start doing something similar to what you're doing. How tall are you by the way? You look so thin for your weight.
-
Have you tried Thai food? It is way better than American Chinese food in my opinion and it's a whole lot healthier for you! I know your pain though. I've been through the same problem!
-
Way to go!!!! You look fantastic! One step at a time. You got this:)
-
It takes a lot of courage to put pictures of yourself online like that! I give you lots of praise for being able to do that- I still haven't been able to do it and I'm very close to my ideal weight now! I know how that feels to realize how big you really are once you see a picture of yourself. Just realizing it is the…

You look amazing for 147lbs! How tall are you, if you don't mind me asking? I can't imagine looking like that at 5'4"!!
