8.6 lbs down and already see a difference.

Left is october 12th and right was taken today after I ate breakfast. I know this is mostly water weight but I am so proud of myself. I have started eating healthier and exercising 5x a week for at least 2 hours a day. I tried a diet fad 2 years ago and lost 8lbs in 3 days and did not see results like this. This goes to show that diet fads don't work. Hard work, determination and healthy eating does! Here's to losing many more!

Awesome! Can definitely see a difference. Keep up with progress photos too for those weeks where maybe the scale doesn't show your hard work as much as photo proof will!2
