It always helps to switch up your routine so that your body doesn't get used to the exercises your doing. Or if your walking it helps if there are hills where your walking or do intervals, you can also take weights with you while you walk. Walking is always a great cardio exercise though. You'll want to get a set of weights. I personally would start out with light weights. I think I started with 2 or 3 pound weights, and a mat if your working out on a hard surface. It's a great video that works if you stick with it.

Go to "www.exercisetv.tv" and you can do any type of exercise from bootcamp to yoga there. They have great videos that last from 2 mins to an hour depending on what you're looking for. It's a great site. I've done some of their videos and they make you work! :smile:
