should I switch up my walking routine by riding a bike also? what areas will that help?

It always helps to switch up your routine so that your body doesn't get used to the exercises your doing. Or if your walking it helps if there are hills where your walking or do intervals, you can also take weights with you while you walk. Walking is always a great cardio exercise though. If you add stregth training in there a couple days a week that will greatly help as well.0
