OUCH that sounds so painful!!! Have you thought about pilates. I have found a great FREE online class. Go on youtube and type in POP Pilates it's a girl called cassy and she is awesome - give the Total bangin body workout a go you'll be sweating!!! It goes for about 25 mins I did that when my foot my really sore too. Hope…
