I'm in the same situation. I lost weight and became complacent and then out of control with poor eating habits. I'm now motivated to get fit again and lose the weight. One day at a time!

I used to be like you, and focus on the number on the scale. Then my husband took my scale away because he saw how obsessed I was with it, and I started focussing on my measurements. thank you so much everyone! I was getting very confused, because the number on the scale wasn't moving but the measurements were. The number on the scale doesn't bother me anymore, I'm thrilled that I've lost the inches and I keep on losing them. I'm 6'0" and 168 lbs.
