Wikipedia has ruined a lot of perfectly good foods for a lot of people. Mio is fine, it tastes great, I wouldn't add it to water though, turns out water is a primary ingredient in tsunamis.

@Speedtrap Thanks, that was what I was thinking... adding sodium to my tracker has shown a few foods I might want to avoid even though have no BP problems.

@BumbyDog That's interesting, I just went and added sodium to the things I'm tracking. I'll see how I am doing.
