Good day today! Back to my lowest point in 10 years!
Today's weigh-in has me at 260lbs, the weight I was at when I fell off the wagon in 2002. Getting here has been tough, but it's definitely easier than it was when I started in December. I'd post pics, but I took my before pics shirtless! Thanks MFP for keeping me motivated.

How much protien?
MyFitnessPal says 72g, but I hear from other places to eat 200g a day. I'm not trying to get huge, but I've started to add weight training into my regimen and want to get something out of it.

Salt and long-term weight loss
I'm aware that sodium can limit short-term weight loss by making you retain water (feel free to correct that if I'm wrong, going on 8th grade nutrition memories), but what does it do to long-term weight loss? I ask because salted foods are all that is keeping me sane while I do this, but if it has long-term weight loss…
