  • Since the day after Labor Day has not happened yet, I assume you meant Memorial Day. C25K is amazing - what a life changer! I noticed my weight dropped really quickly when I started running.
  • I am close to 100 days of logging... have lost 45 lbs.... every day is hard. Every day is just as hard as that first week.

  • I drink a ton of water. I grab a bottle of water in the morning at work (I dont count my coffee). The bottle is 16.9 oz and I fill it up 9 times. That is 152.1 oz before leaving work at 5 and I usually drink 4+ glasses at home. Wow... I didnt calculate it until now. (No wonder I'm in the bathroom every half hour!)
  • Of course other strength training, not only weights, will work as well.
  • Either way.... unless you lift weights you aren't going to tone your arms. Things dont just fall into place when you reach a certain size.
  • hahaha.... really?!!! That's quite the statement! I'm a size 4 and still have fat arms. Just started lifting last week and although I can't see a difference yet, I feel incredible and know it will work. Everyone's body is different. One person may look amazing in a size 10. Me, personally, I look horribly obese a size 10.
  • Maybe see a doctor. Could be a thyroid issue.
