  • I use Herbalife and Shakeology -- every day for breakfast and some days also for lunch or dessert. It has been a lifesaver being so busy. Plus they are delicious and very filling!

  • I love making cabbage soup in bulk and freezing for an easy go-to lunch. Since I don't want to do the cabbage soup crash diet I spice up my recipe. I use v8 for the broth and add corn, black beans, spicey ground sausage, garlic, peppers, celery, carrots, onions, cabbage. Basically loaded up veggies!
  • I just posted on another similar thread to check out simplegreensmoothies.com for some great recipes. A ton of varieties but basically 2 cups liquid (water, coconut water, coconut milk or other) 2 cups green (spinach, kale, etc) and 3 cups fruits (any and often mixed). Delicious !

  • I've lost 50 lbs and we eat pizza at least once a week. Yea Im sure there are healthier options... but I want the greasy fattening awesomeness -- I think the key is to not over induldge and to only do it on occassion!
