Me! I do!! I currently have two: Charlie a Himalayan and Nigel a Beige standard. They are precious. Nigel's sister, Josie passed way a few weeks ago. Rats make such awesome pets :)

Today I realized that my swimsuit top is getting to big. I nearly avoided a wardrobe malfunction during water zumba. Also I'm starting to see my collarbones. BOOM

Added you ellie. We are in the same boat, pretty much. I have used MFP before and had some success with it (10 lb loss). I am back and more determined than ever! I log daily and try to comment as much as I can. The support system here is really important to me and has helped tremendously.

I definitely agree with pps-everything in moderation. In regards to the plateau, have you switched up your work out routine? Adding interval training has helped me in the past. Or increase the weight that you lift

I have three rats-Charlie (himalayan standard), Josie (fawn hooded dumbo) and Nigel (fawn dumbo). They are the coolest pets. When I learn to post pics I will definitely be back to show them off.

I am around 235. Ive lost about 10 lbs. I've relapsed over the holidays and am working on getting back into a healthy routine. Feel free to add me. I'd love to have more friends who share similar weight loss goals. At this point I'd love to get below 200 with an ultimate goal of 165. I'm 5'7"
