I'm trying to eat cleaner myself...it takes work! I started doing monthly challenges - no charge for these - just exercises you can do from home, but we check in with each other to keep each other motivated. I'll send you some info!

It sounds like you are off to a great start!! Walking is a great way to get back into exercising - I love my walks in the park - they make me quite happy! Good Luck!

How about starting out with something like doing alternate leg raises - this can be done lying down in your bed! (I must admit I do this sometimes in the morning to help wake myself up and get the blood flowing!) I would get a couple 2 or 3 lb weights...if you don't have that - use soup cans - then you can work your way up…

I also used to have a banana every morning in my shake and not give it a second thought - but then the sugar issue came into play also.
