Hello!
I'm new, I don't know what I'm doing. I've never taken advantage of the groups and members that this site has to offer. I feel, that if I'm really going to do this (like I've said 100 times before) I should have some support from people who are experiencing the same struggles, hunger pains, and emotional turmoil that I may be feelings. Because of my (fairly new) weight gain, I've become a hermit and have grown accustom to doing things alone. I want to break that cycle, especially to feel better mentally.
So please, be my friend - and any tips, jokes, inspiration, recipies, you have to offer, I'd love to hear them.

Hey there,
Feel free to add me, much the same in terms of not using all the tools from the site. Which is silly as I'm so determined to get back in shape and therefore need to use all tools available. It's an emotional roller coaster but lets try supporting each other to reach our goals :-)0 -

It's about moderation not deprivation. There are no good/bad foods, only bad eating habits. Do or do not, there is no try. You have to want it, you have to work for it, you have to realize that only you can do it.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal
