I thought about that too - can you program MFP to work with zig zagging? I know every day is different. I should read up on that! I'm sick of this weight and how it fluctuates but never leaves the 170's. I am part of the problem with why I'm not there, but for the most part, the scale is being stubborn!

Thanks!! I added it to my workout board:

Erin - I wrote 10/27/00 on a paper the other day for school. It was my daughter's birthday that day and that's the year she was born. LOL! Too funny!!

Posting Jessica's weight for her. Makes me laugh because we have the exact scale and similar tile. Can't wait until my scale says 160something!!

You look waaaaaaay younger than 45!! This week so far doesn't look good for our team!! So sorry I gained team. I was sick when I saw 177 this morning! I refuse to get up there again and yet...there I was! I am actually adding more cals for my daily total to 1400 and not claiming exercise cals anymore to see if that helps.…

Love your profile picture, Kim!

Woke up to 177.0 this morning, people. Yeah...I know. Went out for supper last night with fam and ate 700 more cals than I realized. Darn quesadilla burger at Applebees! Before class....it was better!! Went for a run today and drank a ton of water this morning...after run, this is my final weight. It's much better!! Still…

Hey my new friend!! I did the 30 day shred back in May and did it every day with 1 day break every 10 days (between levels). The most sore you will EVER be will be this week...day 3-4 are the most sore (at least they were for me. Your hamstrings and quads will probably hurt the worse - if you have any questions, feel free…

I agree with the car thing!!! I remember one day I got in my car and I felt little - I actually had to move the seat up. It was a first for me since I had always had the seat as far back as possible.

It's not a gain? TOM is STILL here and despite the 2 liters of water I drank yesterday and countless numbers of glasses of no cal pink lemonade I drank last night, I still am bloated like a whale. Sweet Reward: Honestly mine is not gaining weight like i did last fall when I went to college. i'm pretty much…

Thongs? That's all I ever wear...the most comfy undergarments created. Feels like I'm not wearing any at all! I will argue the thong debate until I'm blue in the face. I agree- I want comfort food, I'm crabby, the scale is being a beeeeach, and all I want to do is eat Reeces pumpkin shaped pb cups. Luckily, I…

People just have a hard time with change...you look fantabulous!! My mom did that to me when I was losing weight after my 2nd baby was born and I look back at pictures now and think I still looked overweight and had more to lose. It's hard for people to adjust to it. And of course, people worry about eating disorders when…

I saw a orthopedic specialist who fitted me for arch supports that running shoes for an incline couldn't even start supporting (I have high arches too). It's worth looking into if the pain gets worse or doesn't diminish. :flowerforyou:

Are you stretching enough before and after running? Which part is hurting? Your achilles in the back? Deltoids in the inside of your foot, or the outside of your ankle? Any swelling? Are you wearing proper shoes? How about your feet - - are your arches high? Low? All those things can make a difference in what is going on…

I still have TOM and it's not going to be gone by Wednesday - what a mean curse!! :explode: I don't dare weigh myself yet but I feel pretty bloated. Being very careful on the cals tonight for sure!! Kim.... My only advise: :drinker: and that's water...not vodka. LOL Heather - yummo on the nuggest. Just....plain....yummo.
