I will probably get bashed for saying this, but I wouldn't go ahead and start with eating all the calories back. Your body will need to adjust. IF it were me, I would start week 1 with eating 1/2 of them back and see how your body adjusts to that. And if it responds well, I would then go to eating 3/4 of them back, and so…

I've never had either. I love Subway's spicy italian sub, melted with pepperjack cheese and loaded withh jalapeno peppers and a little mayo. It's NOT good for me and full of sodium. But sometimes, I can't shake the craving.

I disagree. I have a friend who probably spends much less time a day then if you do spinning, core conditioning or yoga every day. She did insanity and has the most incredible abs I have ever seen. I drank a ton of water yesterday, stayed under my cal goal and even exercised and moved around a ton. Yeah!! Doing a Turbofire HIIT 15 workout today and maybe Jillian Michaels 30ds level 1 workout.
