Excited for new chapter

10 years ago, I weighed 30 lbs heavier and have kept the weight off. WHEW. However, 2 years ago, I would have said "50 lbs heavier". :noway:
I just graduated from college and passed my boards a couple of weeks ago - ready to start a new chapter!! I work as a Physical Therapist Asst and started college as a non-traditional student...it's been quite the challenge, but I'm so proud of myself. And my kids and hubby are pretty happy too. It feels good to be in a profession that I feel passionate about. However, I want to be a good role model to my patients. Telling someone they need to take care of their joints and their health would make me a hypocrite, at this stage in my life.
I gained 20 lbs while sitting on my rear end the last 2 years. All I ever seemed to do was study, study, study. I'm ready to move, move, move. I joined beachbody as a coach (which was my big after graduation goal) and just ordered T25 (exercise videos from beachbody). I'm ready to lose those 20 lbs and then lose the last 30 after that. I'm very motivated. Before starting college, I was on MFP quite a bit and was down into my 160's...it was great. I felt amazing and looked great. I. Want. That. Back.
I'm looking for some supportive friends who can push me a little and keep me accountable. So please feel free to add me!!
