Gals...I weighed myself again and I'm down. Thank goodness. Here is the thing...is our team going to lose? I got 175.2...not much of a loss but every ounce helps. However, I won't post it if it looks like we r gonna be ok cause those extra ounces could help us next week. Thoughts?

WOW today was a bad eating day. No food really until 5:00 tonight and then I was starved so I ate and ate and ate...UGH. Note to self: pack a lunch for school so I'm not starved when I get home!!!

Ok...so I had some fruit with my yogurt today, grapes, salsa (vegies) and hmm....well, I had a lot of salsa, so that's probably 2 servings. Ha! I never realized how low I was on my vegie/fruit combo per day. Good eye opener!

Whoooot! I weighed myself today and i'm up 2 lbs. Seriously. Stayed under cals just about every day the last week...however, TOM is due in a day or two and I ate SALTY soup last night so I'm hoping that's all it was. Better be!!!

I totally agree with you - and I think some people weigh in the first week fully clothed. I was scared enough to see the weight stark naked..so mine was pretty accurate. LMAO!!! Holy crap I need to kick the next 2 days in high gear or I will be honest.. .Wednesday will be a sad day for me. So..starting tomorrow…

This is my problem; therefore, I can't even use a tampon...but never have. Just don't like how a tampon even feels. I'm going to have to google this anyways just because I'm curious now. I'ven ever heard of one before!
