Dr. Oz should *kitten* in one hand and clap at his success for dishing out sh*tty advice.

My gym is very diverse. Fit, fat, old, young, ripped, jiggly. Overall that makes for a very comfortable place to be! As far as eye candy level? I give it a 6.

Simple answer. Not eating enough food and change up your exercise routine.

Your loose vagina scares me.

First comment that ever made me laugh on this site. Be happy he is sticking his **** in your back and not already out banging other girls.

Why can't you eat at night? If you still have calories left, eat em up! Night time is when I do most of my eating. If you don't have calories left at night, lower your calorie intake during the day so you can eat at night.

This is still going on?! LOL

This wasn't meant to be an insult but thanks for the negative reply. I'm just saying, if what you are currently doing isn't working for you, try changing it up. Edit: For the people shaking their heads. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/gideons14.htm Another source…

Because your skinny fat. Ladies, pick up the weights!

I would suggest reading about weight loss and the science behind it. Sure the "smaller portions, 7 meals, exercise" works, but there is much more behind it. You WILL plateau at a a few points along the way depending on how much weight you want to lose. The reason for this is that your body gets used to the way you eat and…

You look great but I would suggest adding some resistance training. You are skinny now but with no real definition. Don't be afraid of the weights ladies!

I'm actually surprised that I don't see more women in the weight room. It's no bother at all with them being in there as long as they are using the equipment for what it's supposed to be used for and not just sitting there taking up space. I think the most common thing I see with women using weights is improper form but…

I'm going to have to agree that if your calorie intake is at a deficit and your eating REAL FOOD and not garbage, you should be losing weight. You should probably read up on what whey protein is and why you should take it in the first place. http://www.muscleandstrength.com/expert-guides/whey-protein

Very similar intake as me, as well as times. I shoot for 200 grams of protein a day and it's quite challenging at times. I'm not vegetarian per say but 95% of what I eat is fruits and veggies.

Mio. I drink Fat free milk with all of my meals and water with Mio all day in between. (except for exercising, plain water then). It tastes great and has 0 cals. I have never been a water drinker but since adding Mio. I drink 8+ cups a day no problem.

First off, GREAT JOB! That's pretty inspirational for me being a big guy as well. I'm curious has to how much loose skin you ended up with after that much of a weight loss. I started at 287lbs and am currently 255. My goal weight is 210lbs. Your success is truly amazing!

I started doing P90x along with following the nutrition guide and made it about a week and a half before I gave it up. Not because it was too hard but because the workouts were way too long and I was doing them at night because of time constraints (kids). It would put me to bed around 1:30-2am and having to be up at…
