I would MUCH rather be smoking a real cigarette. The e-cig doesn't taste or feel like a real cig but it will satisfy my craving just enough to not have a real one. Admittedly I will still have a cig while I drink but since I really don't drink anymore either, that's usually only 1-2 real cigs a month.

I switched to a V2 electronic cigarette. Still get my nicotine and no harmful effects on the lungs. Also no smell!

I log "Strength Training" under cardiovascular by time and whatever calories MFP gives me, I eat half of them back.

What types of music do you enjoy?

I would definitely take advantage of a Personal Trainer if you have the option. This will not only get you started on proper form but routine as well.

Nobody has asked if you have given your husband a reason to be spying on you. I love how everyone just assumes he is insecure.

What is your workout schedule during the week? Are you allowing your body ample time to rest?

Not being rude. Just straight to the point. I also added a link to an article to brush up on your knowledge.

Let me know how that works out for you. Aka, NOT gonna happen. You either bulk and put on weight or cut and maintain muscle. Edit: Here is a good link for ya http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Cutting-and-Bulking-for-Dummies-101-m194667.aspx

Break his game and tell him to get his fata$$ off the couch or you are going to find another guy to bang! J/K. There is pretty much nothing you can do. Losing weight and getting healthy is a lifestyle change that some people just don't want for themselves.

I would suggest going to bodybuilding.com and finding a good PROVEN strength training routine for beginners and stick with that. Your goal right now is either going to be putting on muscle mass and increasing in weight or maintaining muscle and decreasing body fat you can't do both! This is a good program if you so choose.…

Need more information. Are you cutting? bulking? Eating at a surplus? deficit? Goal? Routine? Body type? There are many variables

Cardio, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and strength training will all help you lose weight. It is proven that strength training actually burns more calories because it continues to burn calories for 48-72 hours after. I prefer to do a mix of both. 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio per week. I do my…

Grunting is essentially the same as Kiai. It's for focusing energy to a specific area of a body to complete a certain task. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiai

Free weights recruit more supporting muscle fibers. Machines have less risk of injury.

I agree with that 100%. I would not use these for running outdoors as they block out most if not all outside noise. I use them for inside the gym.

Not all gyms are expensive. I pay about $12.50 a month for where I go. I'm sure you could find it somewhere in your budget to cut out 15 or so dollars a month. This coming from an unemployed father of 2!
