MFP helped me out big time. It got me into looking at everything that I eat. I could not have done this change without it. Thanks everyone. Im just watching my intake. Getting more active. I started a biggest loser competition at my church (thats the jump start i had last year,it helped me lose my first 45) We had our first workout last night and my triceps and fanny are really sore. I wish I could stop at half of burger. Ive been doing a class of yoga a week for the past few months. I love it. I wish I had time to do it 2 or 3 times a week. Ive lost a pound woo hoo!!!!!!!!!

Im still here too. I dont ..post as much as I use to. I blame the cold weather for not being stricter. I havent gained....ok Ive gained 1 pound.
