Ok so I found the recipe for pumpkin fluff pie

1 can of libby pumpkin
1 pack of vanilla jello (just powder)
8oz of fat free cool whip
pumpkin spice to taste

mix together and chill for 2 hours

graham cracker crust is you like.

I fould the recipe here on MFP but I did some research on it and weight watcher has the EXACT recipe for 2 points a slice and 63 cal. BUT the recipe on MFP is like 263 and something cal....so I want to use the weight watchers nutrition. But i don't know what do you guys think??? BTW This is the BEST EVER and soo easy to make.

The one on MFP might be for the whole recipe? I know I enter recipes sometimes by the ingredients on here and then do 1/8th (or what ever the "serving size" is) as the amount eaten....

Are the recipes for the same exact serving size? Also, the "1 can of libby pumpkin" is pretty vague - 14.5 or 25ounces? All that stuff factors into play...go enter it here in MFP's recipe database and see what numbers you get. That's what I do for anything I find here - because it's always slightly modified

Sounds Yummy...Did you try entering it in as a recipe? If you do this, it will calculate all of the nutritional information.

The MFP calculates 1/8 of the pie and the WW is 124 grams....what does that mean?? I don't know grams, lol

For recipes i usually add up all of the ingredients and then divide it into servings for calories, fat, etc. Sounds like a great recipe, may have to try it out here.

I checked on the WW site yesterday. They do not have the cool whip added into the recipe for some recipe. With just the pumpkin and pudding, 1/2 cup serving is about 64 calories. If you add in the cool whip its WAY more.

FYI: I made this w/o cool whip and I still love it! You could even add just a tbsp of cool whip to your serving if you want for only 20 calories or so more.
  • Inquiring minds want to know what size can of libby pumpkin? and is it the ready to eat pumpkin with all the delicious flovors already added or just the regular blah pumpkin?

It's a 15 oz can of pumpkin w/o spices. You can add spices however you like, I added pumpkin pie spice and a little extra cinnamon. If you add the spices it tells you to on the back of the can (Libbys brand) it will be too spicy, at least for me.

I specifically use sugar free fat free vanilla jell-o pudding and 1 15 oz can of pumpkin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice.

My guess is that the WW is for the fluff without the crust. Graham cracker crust would add quite a bit more cals.

My guess is that the WW is for the fluff without the crust. Graham cracker crust would add quite a bit more cals.

The crust isn't added into it at all. Look at the facts.

15 oz can of Libbys Pumpkin = 140 Calories Total
1.4 oz box of Sugar Free Fat Free Jell-O Vanilla pudding = 100 calories Total
1 8 oz container of Fat Free Cool Whip = 375 Calories Total

On WW it says 4 - 1/2 cup servings. Those ingredients total 615 calories. Divide that by 4, that equals 153.75.

Now take out the cool whip, the total is 240. Divide that by 4 and it equals 60 calories.
