i have only started to lose weight im quite big still and i worry about the small flabby pouch just above the pubic line due to having 4 children, surely after losing some pounds you would need to do some toning and strength training to help with the flabby parts??

I used to be in size 10uk jeans/trousers way back in the day , but id settle with either a size 12 or even 14, i dont want to be skin and bone and being 5ft 7inch in a size 8 i think id look anorexic, im a size 20 at this moment , but slowly losing the lbs.

i started at 252 and im 250 at this time, only started on 3rd may, im wanting to go down to 160 ish :) and im 5ft 7 inch tall, but i agree i dont want to be skinny, i want to be slim

Your weight should be 9stone 12 lbs(127 pounds) for being 5ft 7 inch, but i was told this about 4 years ago by my doctors, it may of changed.
