I seem to be losing it around my tummy and my legs first, specially lower legs and ankles etc :) but i do alot of walking which is my main exercise at this time.

I agree with this ^^^ i started MFP at 252.2lbs im now 234.0 and its all from cardio type exercises, i change mine day from day aswell, i couldnt imagine going on a treadmill or Xtrainer for more than 20 minutes at a time yet, and i cant even jog/run at this time either , but i will do !!

Im a used to be wow addict (4 years playing)hence why ive put so much damned weight on lol, i still play MMO's just not as often i came to realise that it will always be there, so i got a life and im loving my daily exercises etc now, i play Tera online at the mo maybe 3 days a week maybe less :)

Damn this made my cry, i relate fully to this im thinking about doing the couch to 5k but im kinda embarassed about going out in public to do it, im 234.6lbs, im thinking of doing it on the spot to start and get some guts to actually venture out hehe, thanks for posting its made me feel a whole lot better :) x

Yea that does suck a bit, did you go from small to big then back down from big to small? some people get the stretch marks from just that even men do, i have them but they done bother me as there always covered and only i know how bad it is hehe. Thats one thing that worrys me , once ive lost all the weight, so i enquired previous about it and you can do alot of toning exercises for the flabby parts(bingo wings and lower belly) with weights, supposedly it does go with time and effort. I have had 5 kids so its gonna be hard lol, i doubt il ever have a flat stomach…

It may work well for you but others could be different i tried eat more to weigh less idea and it slowed my weight loss down i went back to 1260 cals a day and ive started losing again, so everyone is different, i would do as you say and work it out like its your breakfast time and work it around your day so you end up…

I have the same problems, it is salt intake and if your drinking fizzy drinks that can also cause it ( bloated belly), i find it hard to drink a ton water but eventually you will get used to it. And maybe find some kind of exercise that works that area aswell.

Yea, after my last i got the extra lower belly pouch(slight overhang), and thats what im worrying about losing i have my belly then i have that now to, but i agree lets see how it goes once im nearer my goal weight, thanks all, and ive seen ladys that have had more babys than me still remain slim its genetics i suppose.…

im on around 8-10lbs lost so far and im realllly scared to get bingo wings the more i lose and also my lower belly to, so this advice is very helpful :) as im 241.8lbs .
