I personallyy dont eat my earned calories, and i do 80 minutes workout 5x a week, it seems to be working ok so far and i eat just above my bmr which is 1900 cals a day.

i agree with the others, ive only lost 8lbs so far and i cant see a loss at all in myself ,yet im still proud ive lost this much, and you should feel the same losing a dress size is amazing!!! way to go :D xx

i am so confused now lol, ive changed my goals so i get a higher cal net daily, with my earned cals im sure it will go to around 1829 or more daily just hope i dont gain all the weight back ive lost so far :-/

I'm thinking of doing this workout once ive shed some more pounds, but im afraid to gain muscles, ive seen alot of before and after pics and alot of the females have muscles and its something i dont really want, i want to maybe have a very slight definition of looking toned etc, so maybe i shouldnt do the 30 day shred lol,…

The same thing happened to me i started at 252.2 ,250.8 1st week ,249.4 2nd week then it went back up to 250.8 on the 3rd week, this week lost 2.2, mine was due to water retention (swollen hands and feet), so i basically drank a ton more water and some green tea, put my feet up when i was resting and it helped. and worked…

Yea im also planning on losing slowly, i been walking to get the first few pounds off so i can begin to find it easier, and im starting the gym this week to do some circuit training, going to go about 3 days a week, and well done on your journey so far looks like you come a long way :D

Well first of all well done :-) ,,but i heard that the faster you lose weight the quicker you can gain it back, not sure if thats true, what are you going to do to keep the weight you are??? im planning to lose my weight slowly over a 1 year or 2 period. and please no haters im just asking a reasonable question :-)

i started mfp on 3rd may, weighed in at 252.2 all i done is walk to start 20 minutes 2.5 leisurley pace, and a bit of zumba but found that a bit tough, so i then found Tiffany Rothe on youtube, 10 minute workouts i mix and match those and im down 3lbs :)
