My boyfriend loves vanilla Coke, but seen as they don't really sell it in the UK anymore.. I found an American candy shop in Sheffield not long ago, but its £2.50 for a 330ml can! Not pay that!!

It's crazy how healthy you look at that weight! I'm 5'8 and weigh 136lbs and if I lost another 24lbs I would literally be on the verge of dying, I'd be a skeleton, literally. I can't believe how good you look! haha

Average between 1300 - 1700, I need food, I love food. Food is not the enemy, don't deny your body of it. It's a bit like trying to do Route 66 on half a tank of petrol.. Not gunna happen.

I have a cheap unbranded one, haven't used it yet. It cost me £8, so it was very inexpnsive so I realise it won't be fully accurate, do you reckon it will be okay to give me a rough idea? Debating investing in a Polar one if not!

I did one day of it but then physically couldn't move the next day as my muscles were SO swelled up and painful. Starting it again tomorrow, hopefully they won't hurt so easily this time, as I didn't even do the full 20 minutes last time!

Preference, I say, Personally breakfast is my favourite meal of the day so generally, I put more effort into preparing it and allow myself more calories. I've had up 1000cals before for breakfast, as long as you're eating in proportion to how little/often you're exercising or whatever then I don't see why it should matter!
