why not walk at a slower pace? if you can only do 10 minutes on 3.5, why not do 20 minutes on 2.0 Id skip the sauna, the minute you take a drink, you will gain back what you lost, I would use sauna more for relaxing after a workout

I never eat back my calories, I drink 10-14 cups of water a day, and I try to eat about 2000 calories a day and I have 3-4 scoops of protein per day. I hit all my stats and percentages and am down 65 pounds.

your expecting too much from yourself. 1-2 pounds is a healthy way to do things, you are probably trimming down inches elsewhere stick with it!!

I would do it weekly If you weigh yourself , once a week, cheat on the day that you weigh in because you will see your results, hopefully be happy and then cheat and possibly gain alittle back but not notice it since you dont weigh yourself for another week

dont get discouraged, it is very tough to stay on track, you can do it for sure. Walking/ jogging is great and easy exersize , also if you do not want to leave the house, just put on your shoes and walk on the spot

I usually have a shake with my dinner, and I have a full meal.

weighing in on Mondays could hurt you in the long run, as a majority of people are lazier on the weekend (I included) Why not change to Saturday? Or Sunday? that way you can be good on Friday Night and saturday and bad on sunday and start a week over

how do you look too muscular? Hasnt she had a baby or maybe even two? (sorry im not up to celeb news). I get why anyone feels the need to make others seem happy with what you look like, all that matters is you are happy in your body, who cares what others think

If you eat all your calories back, you would be eating more than 1200 calories wouldnt you be? Or are you eating 800 calories and exercising for 400 calories and eating the 400 to make 1200? I am also not clear on the question

The trainer will help you out, alot of the machines show how to do the exercise right on the machine, I google alot to get routines and proper form techniques, it works good luck
