This is interesting and makes a lot of sense, but what about those people who work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (as I did today and do many days?) I can't possibly eat before I go to the gym at 5:00am.

I bought a scale and weigh most of my meat that I eat. I use whichever entry on here says that it has been approved (or whatever it says - I can't remember) by the members. I pretty much trust those. It's when you don't know the amount that you are eating that I think it's really hard. I have really started to measure…

I wish there was a "like" button on here. I love this!!!! :-)

That's what I'm on too and the weight is defninitely NOT dropping off. If you don't have much to lose I think it goes much slower. I'll take 1/2 pound a week though - it's better than gaining :-)

So true. I want a really toned body, but not big muscles. And I'd like thin arms. I can't have that - I'm only 5 feet tall and I have short "stubby" arms and short "stubby" legs that unfortunately carry fat and flab, no matter how much I work out. I wear a size 6. I look pretty good in clothes - but ewwww, not without them…

I'm glad to see there are a couple of body by Vi (Visalus) lovers out there. I've been using them for almost 3 months. They are fantastic! It's me and the two women I work with - one for breakfast (2 scoops of shake, 1 tsp. instant cofee, 1 Tbs. cocoa powder, and 8 oz. of unsweetened almond milk) and one for lunch -always…
